This product was origionaly recomended by my chiropractor. My family has used it for five years now. Very good and lasts long. It is the only product of its kind I can use because of skin reactions to most products. The only problem I have noticed is in the winter if I go outdoors soon after applying the product it give a too cold feeling for a bit. It is cold on contact but evens out after a bit. So just give it time if the weather is cold outside. According to my husband, who has arthritis, it works the best of all of the topical products he as tried.
